Welcome to Empress Ink! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients, please carefully review and adhere to the following guidelines and policies.
Guidelines
The following individuals cannot receive any services:

Those under 18 years old (Parental consent is not accepted)

Pregnant or nursing women

Those undergoing chemotherapy or who have recently completed treatment

Individuals with major health conditions, unless they provide written clearance from their doctor prior to any procedure

Anyone with visible skin conditions in or around the eyebrow area
Booking Policy
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Accepted payment methods include:
Cash
Credit/Debit Card
Cash App
Apple Pay
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens, but please be mindful of the following:
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation unless you reschedule within 24 hours of your original appointment.
Reschedules are only valid if booked within 24 hours of your initial appointment.
You are allowed a maximum of two cancellations/reschedules. Please ensure you book wisely to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. We offer a 30-minute grace period for unexpected delays. However, if you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will forfeit your deposit. A new deposit will be required for rescheduling.
Guest Restrictions
To maintain a focused and serene environment during your appointment, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone. Friends, family members, and children are not permitted in the treatment area. If necessary, your guest may wait in the car, but please keep in mind that this is a long procedure with limited breaks.
COVID-19 Protocols
To ensure the safety of everyone, we have implemented the following protocols:
Temperature checks will be conducted upon entry.
Face masks are required for all clients throughout the entire appointment.
If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any flu-like symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. For the safety of everyone, we will not perform services if you are exhibiting symptoms.
